Laura Shehan is the Senior Design Engineer for Race Carburetors at Holley Performance Products. Laura grew up in racing and spent several years of her childhood at the drag strips helping with her step-dad’s racecar and in the family speed shop.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and was an integral part of UC’s Formula SAE team. Laura is currently responsible for the design, development and manufacturing of all Holley race carburetors and is not afraid to get her hands dirty to make sure that Holley delivers the very best carburetors in the industry.
Her 15 years of experience at Holley, her drive for customer satisfaction and her enthusiasm for racing have all led to the successful launch of Holley’s Aluminum Ultra HP carburetor line and most recently the Gen 3 redesign of Holley’s Dominator series.
